Transpacific Insurance Agency, located in Southern California, was founded by Philip Hu in 1994 with the objective of offering wholesale life insurance and financial planning services to the public. Since 2006, we have become the largest Asian General Agency in Southern Calfiornia having close to 1, 000 contracted full time/part time professional agents working under us, many who have nearly two decades of experience within the industry.

We currently represent numerous financial institutions such as AIG, Allianz, AXA, Aviva, Banner, Columbus, John Hancock, Lincoln Benefit, Lincoln National, Metlife, LSW,Mutual of Omaha,North America (NACOLAH), Prudential, Sun Life Financial, Transamerica and West Coast Life. We are also a major insurance and annuity wholesaler for many U.S. financial institutions such as FAIC Bank , AM Plus Bank Globalink Securities Inc.

We are an affliated member of Insurance Designers of America (IDA). As part of IDA, we have currently been approved as the life insurance wholeseller for Wells Fargo bank, UBS, Bank of the West, RB acnd etc..

For the past 5 years, our agency has had a dynamic growth in target production.
